“Arbitrage trading” guy is back as “WebEx Investments”

I see our friend that promotes his “Arbitrage trading” initiative is back and bashing off unsolicited e-mails to our mailbox.

Remember that the Financial Services Board (FSB) told this guy to stop promoting his “investment ideas / system”. In previous dealings with him he informed potential clients that he was “too busy making money for existing clients” to talk on the phone but that you were welcome to chat to him via e-mail… i.e. I don’t want you know what my number is or you might come looking for me.  There is no way that he can guarantee the returns he promises.

This it the e-mail he is sending off but I wouldn’t touch it with a bargepole…. If it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

We use the simple process of Arbitrage trading.

The Arbitrage trading literally means Risk Free Profit. A similar concept can be extended as “Free Lunch” or “Free Money Making Machine”. Across the globe, traders and market makers attempt to get this risk free profit while attempting to do arbitrage trading.

We have extensive tools and spend the better part of the day scanning for events, be it in the financial markets or sporting events.

For many years people have been trying to make an extra income working from home. Most people that try to start up there own home business fail due to lack of information that is offered to them. They know very little about what it really takes.

Most might come a crossed a web site that claims they can make so much money in such a short period of time. These web sites are NOT what you are looking for!

WebEx Investments offers the solution and is a proven way for anyone to earn and extra income doing NOTHING, RISK FREE.

When it comes working online there are tons of people out there that claim to have the answer. Well let me be honest there is no easy way out in life. If there was everyone would be doing it. We do not promise you millions but a rate return on your investment that exceeds anything else without the risk.

We work in a simple manner; you join and pay in your chosen amount. We create a username and password and provide access to the members section. Once you are in this section, you will have access to view your capital and daily activity on the notice board on trades. We will update your transaction detail once a week based on your investment amount and rate you receive. You have a choice to put in a withdrawal request from the members section. Please note that all the transactions take 3-5 days to be paid out.

Please note that there can be 3-4 times per month where we will not find suitable trades and this will be posted in the members section. Your weekly rate will be calculated accordingly. So if you to receive 6.5% per week and only 4/5 days have been trade successful, you will receive 5.2% interest for that week. You can expect this on average a week per month.

Also, if you choose the compound rate and leave your investment to grow, it will automatically move to the next level and you automatically receive the higher interest.

We offer this not that we are kind and generous, but the higher the capital we trade with, the higher our income is.

You see, it took me nearly 3 years of sweat, toil, money and time but it paid off…

I finally found and fine tuned a comprehensive Exchange system that has been proven to generate daily profits

This is 100% risk free amd if it doesn’t do everything we say, you get your money back, no quibbles, no questions, no hard feelings.

A system that works because it takes advantage of a “hidden” market on the exchanges – It’s as simple as that.

You need to forget everything you’ve heard about betting systems because I am about to expose a massive underexploited opportunity that is happening right now – an opportunity so significant that it could enable you to earn a second income from home by doing nothing!…

You can join on the following basis and receive the following rates on a full week of trades:
Investment: R100 to R4999
Rate 20% weekly or 4% per day paid daily

Investment: R5000 to R9999
Rate 30% weekly or 6% per day paid daily

Investment: R10000 to R24999
Rate 35% weekly or 7% per day paid daily

Investment: R25000+
Rate 40% weekly + an additional 5% = 45% weekly or 9% per day paid daily

  1. I find it quite hypocritical that someone makes these types of comments on a betting site. Playing the stock market is just as risky as betting on a horse or sport match. Probably less risky in fact if the individual in question knows what he’s doing. Do you make these types of comments about betting on other parts of this website rivalblogger?

  2. No – but it is in the public’s interest to remind people that this particular individual has been warned off that he may not (legally) pass off his strategy as investment advice and he cannot tout for business in the manner in which he does.

It will land him in jail if he takes a cent from investors. He was warned once by the FSB

  3. And there is a huge difference between some sports previews and taking peoples money and calling it an investment. One is a bit of fun and one is criminal.

  4. Thanks for the warning, rivalblogger. I just attempted to unsubscribe from his mailing list (which I did not join) – no luck.

    I quote:

“If you have been sent this without being subscribed to our list then please send an email to sarunsubscribe@gmail.com with the word unsubscribe to unsubscribe. We really apologise and will ensure this never happens again”

What an unconventional way to unsubscribe, and the message I got back from the gmail server:

“The email account that you tried to reach is disabled.”

  5. Yip, the Chap is back, his name is Nishchaal and even though he is confident with the “BS” he is saying on his website, he does not respond / reply to questions posed, this oke has about 20 different email addresses (all gmail). This is a scam, avoid at all costs.

  6. Thank goodness I always believe Google is your friend. I also got the precise email that is talked about here and simply googled it.

  7. Thanks for the Info, almost got caught for a sucker.

  8. This guy is a straight forward Ponsie artist. Many of these schemes have been touted to lure the unsuspecting investor. This is no gamble. You are GUARANTEED to loose your money. NO ONE achieves these rates or else the banks would hire them. Erasmus on line and EI Corporation (started in Cape town by the Erasmus brothers Noel and Derrick)
was exactly this and after stealing 6 million US dollars off unsuspecting investors they claimed they had lost the CAPITAL IN “UNEXPECTED TRADING PLATFORM REGULATION CHANGES”. Truth is they NEVER traded. There are on going litigations and criminal charges agaisnt them but they are hiding outside the country. Beware this investment is is a scam.

  9. I’m a financial journalist with Fin24.com – have taken it up with their hosting company to find out what their position is on hosting this guy

  10. Following my media enquiry to Hostworx please see the response from the company who responded within 2 hours of being alerted:

    Hi Marc,

We do not approve of any clients hosting sites with us that in any way are involved with illegal activities. In the event we identify or are notified of such websites they will be taken down as per our Accepatable use Policy and Terms and Conditions.

We were notified of the http://webexmarketing.co.za/ website and within 2 hours of us being notified, we had investigated and taken the website down. This individual has hosted only One website with us which is the http://webexmarketing.co.za/ site, we have not identified any more of his sites on our servers unless they have been possibly hosted by one of our reseller account customers who then trade under their own company details and not as HostworX, (We only provide hosting facilities to these customers), however our policies also apply to websites hosted by them as well, and in the event of a website being identified, we will notify the reseller of the issue, and expect them to follow up with an investigation and take the site down within 48 hours, failing this we would take the site down ourselves.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to identify such web sites that operate using “black veil” tactics, and normally have to rely on reports of fraudulent activity and then take the nessesary action in shutting down such sites. It is therefore difficult to identify an individuals intent when they sign up for hosting services., We certainly will in instances where we are notified of such activity, investigate and take down, and if nessesary report individuals, or provide details to the authorities if requested.

    Our AUP clearly states :
“Our servers may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes a legal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of unacceptable content or links: “Hackers programs or running archives”, “Mp3″, “Warez Sites”, “Pirated software”, “Irc Bots”, “Mp3″, Phishing sites, fraudulent websites, etc.

Illegality in any form, including but not limited to activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, violation of export restrictions, harassment, fraud, traffic’ing in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities. ”

The webexmarketing.co.za site was taken down as per our policies and a web page posted as to the takedown, and after 3 months was removed, however seeing that the issue is still around we have once again brought the site back online with the takedown notice showing again. The takedown notice displayed has the following infomation in it.

    =======================================================
This site was taken down due to to it being a fraudulent website.

HostworX is in no way involved with the client who posted this site,
other than providing a hosting service to the client.

Illegal Use of websites results in takedown.

  11. Hi Guys, we were approached abouth this webexmarketing.co.za website about 6 months ago, where this issue was raise of the integrity of the site and we investigated and shutdown the site after an investigation of the legitimacy of his site. We did have a statment posted on his site indicating this issue, and after 3 ofdd months shut the site down totally, since this issue has raised its ugly head again, we have reenabled the domain with the original page indicating the site was taken, dowm however the new website is not hosted with us, if it was it would be shutdown again.

  12. He was hosted by Afrihost.com until Friday but has subsequently shut down. Is still operating via his 4dstudioweb@gmail.com. where one can get a polite response. He has huge gumption, that’s for sure. We ‘invested’ – donated to his scheme. Stupid! Had Investec and WebEx connections that appeared ligit – this guy is very sharp.

  13. Hi Rivalblogger
Have just read your input. How do we ‘take this guy down’???? I have alerted FNB and ABSA forensics. What else can we do. Very true what they say about a woman scorned. In that case, defrauded. Not much admitedly but I don’t like the fact that this guy just seems to get away with doing what he’s doing and keeps on doing it.

  14. Hi Marc

I read your posts here and the article on fin24. Thanks for your effort and well done!

  15. I see that this guy is now back this week as “Dynamity Solutions” and offering

If you invest R1000, I will provide a minimum of 30% return the next day
If you invest R2500, I will provide a minimum of 75% return the next day
If you invest R5000, I will provide a minimum of 100% return the next day
If you invest R10 000, I will provide a minimum of 125% return the next day
If you invest R25 000, I will provide a minimum of 150% return the next day

  16. I see he says he banks with Nedbank so it should be easy enough to bring it up with them as the banker for this

  17. Dynamity Solutions is now trying to sell an eCommerce solution for a once-off cost of R850. Yeah, right! Pull the other one. Pity is that someone will think this is legitimate and will be sucked into handing over good money to this crook. Email is sent by info@dynamitysolutions.co.za. No URL, no contact numbers, but if you’re interested you must send an email to clickandpayonline@gmail.com.
